USAID INVITES GRANT APPLICATIONS TO STRENGTHEN CITIZENS’ VOICE AND PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY – FIFTH CYCLE – Closed
The Citizens’ Voice Project has invited applications from interested registered Pakistani organizations (e.g. community-based organizations, non-governmental organizations, professional and business associations, research institutes and think-tanks) to strengthen citizens’ voice and improving public accountability.
In the fifth cycle, the project intends to make 100 grants worth $2.5 million approximately, in one thematic area, which is:
Thematic Area: Citizens’ Voice for Free, Fair and Peaceful Elections
Applications are invited from organizations for work in any of the constituencies/ districts in the country. Each applicant should identify and prioritize up to 5 tehsils or towns (and related national and provincial constituencies), although the Citizens’ Voice Project will finally decide the tehsils/ towns where the successful applicant should work. Due to specificity of general elections, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir are not covered by this solicitation.

Citizens’ Voice Project is yet another example of the U.S Government’s commitment to support Pakistani organizations in their effort for building a stronger and more prosperous country.
